Volunteering

At Penrith Building Society, we’re passionate about giving back to the community that’s supported us for so many years. Every member of our team is offered two paid volunteering days each year, giving them the opportunity to get hands-on with local projects, charities, and events that make a real difference.

Our team loves using these days to help out where it matters most — whether that’s serving drinks and joining in the fun at a children’s Halloween party, or getting stuck into some gardening at Eden Valley Hospice to brighten up the outdoor spaces for patients and their families. These moments remind us how powerful small acts of kindness can be — and how rewarding it is to spend time making a difference together.
